I found some leftover fabric from one of my projects and decided to use it to make a fabric cover journal. This tutorial will show you how I took a piece of cardboard from a cereal box to make this journal.
Materials needed:
A piece of cardboard from a cereal box
Enough fabric to cover
Glue Gun
Thread or Jute
Sewing Needle
Cut your cardboard to the size you want and lay your fabric flat onto your cardboard and fold it around all the edges. Then, use your glue gun to secure it.
Make sure you fold over the ends, as shown below. Make sure to hide the clue. 🙂
Thread your needle and add a button to the front. (Since it’s cardboard, the needle will go straight through).
